Managing employee time and attendance data can be overwhelming and time-consuming. CCS' Time entry system is designed to improve efficiency and reduce errors in employee time tracking. Our system allows your employees to concentrate on what they do best, namely leveraging their skills and expertise to better service your clients.
The projects can be setup with the appropriate tax calculations. There are additional text areas for quotes and reference numbers, and billable or not. Each drop down list is created and edited by the user. The client entry stores all of the mailing information. There is a dynamic find feature to look for prior entries for editing the time entry content. Every user has a designated level in the system, and based on your level, you will have different abilities. For example, people with the lowest level can only edit and view their own time entries. Where as someone with the highest level, can view, edit or create anyone’s time entries. If you have multiple managers you can separate employees into groups and set up managers so they can review or edit time entries for employees in their given group.
Once time entry has been completed, reports can be generated for review based on criteria and sorted according to the user’s preference. Any number of reports can be generated for the given data. Reports are customizable by the user and can be tailored to fit your needs as required. After all of the verification is complete the system can now create invoices based off the time entries. Each time entry is then marked with the invoice number given and can no longer be edited. The user also has the ability to produce mailing labels that correspond to the generated invoices.
